An Appraisal of Green Appraisals: 3-5 pm, networking reception to follow
The BIA of Philadelphia’s Green Committee is organizing two sessions on the business case for building green. At the first session, An Appraisal of Green Appraisals, speaker Sandra Adomatis of the Appraisal Institute and Adomatis Appraisal Service will discuss how new appraisal standards and procedures can unlock the true value of green homes. Ms. Adomatis is a prominent Florida-based real estate appraiser, author of "Residential Green Valuation Tools" and consultant to the National Association of Home Builders.
